Subway - Gridley

I placed an online order, picked it up, and got home only to discover that my steak and cheese sandwich was missing the cheese. How could they forget the cheese in a steak and cheese sandwich? I tried calling them multiple times, but when they finally answered, they just hung up without providing an explanation.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this restaurant. I worked at Subway for 2 years, so I know what good food should taste like. The food I just received was disgusting and has ruined this place for me forever. I would have given it 0 stars if that was an option. I would recommend avoiding this location and trying somewhere else. The employees were terrible and had awful attitudes.

This Subway restaurant really goes above and beyond for their customers! They always try to accommodate last minute requests, and if special occasions pop up, they always make sure to put their best foot forward.

This is a welcoming spot with excellent staff.
