My father and I arrived at 8pm and were the second table to arrive and by 8:15 people were lining up to get in.The waitress was lovely, our French is hopeless and the waitress did her best in English for us to understand the menu. The waitress explained to us that they only served fresh fish that was caught that day, she even went to the extent of going to the kitchen and getting one of each fish and bringing them out and showing us so we could decide what we would like. The fish was cooked perfectly and the salads were fantastic too. She forgot our rice that we ordered, but I blame the language barrier and her not understanding us, so I think that's our fault.Very nice place with a beautiful sunset while we finished dinner. The girls had a great attitude and very friendly. After seeing the other options in town I don't think I would go anywhere else. If you stay near here this restaurant is a must.
Didn't book a table but got there just in time they were turning people away later Food cooked fresh , cook came out to say hello to everyone The young lady serving was very good and helpful Hopefully will go back there again
Eight of us went - four adults and four children and we all had lovely, fresh and delicious meals. The service was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. The choice was very good - lots of fresh and local seafood. Every single plate was empty at the end of the meal - the kids ate burgers and fish. We ate lasagne, seafood platter, fillet of fish and prawns. Desserts were amazing - the rum pineapple was a real favourite. Would recommend this to everyone. It is a small restaurant, above a tapas bar with amazing views out of the windows that go around most of the restaurant. It was lovely and breezy and a real treat.
I think this restaurant is truly the best I have ever visited! Run by a very friendly family, mother and daughter were a really great team. Mum in the kitchen will surely get you by her simple, yet original a delicious recipes, whilst daughter will make you feel very welcome and serve you with a smile, answering million questions patiently and explaining every single meal so that your tastebuds cannot wait for the food to come. Food was very fresh, we especially enjoyed the local fish and great white wine. Menu changes regularly, so we came back every evening for another treat and had really great time. If you like to eat local, fresh, homey, yet delicious food to die for with generous portions, don't miss out on this lovely family restaurant!
The young lady that served us was most pleasant and knew her stuff. She explained all the menu to us and then told us about the different wines. The food was good and not expensive. 500ml of bottled wine was only 16 euros.
