I had the spicy lens soup (vegan) and the mushroom risotto (vegetarian.) the mushroom risotto was boiled al dente while I like it a little suppe, but honestly it was perfectly boiled. perfect taste and very filling.
Situated on the ground level of the Hyatt Hotel, this restaurant offers a limited selection of vegan dishes on their dinner menu and is willing to accommodate special requests. I ordered the stuffed tofu steak, which was surprisingly flavorful, served with steamed vegetables on the side. I also sampled the spicy lentil soup, which was equally delicious. It's a relief to have this cafe as a choice in a town with few options for vegans.
The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options including leafy greens, quinoa, black beans, chickpeas, avocado oil, various vegetables, and fresh fruit. The nut bar typically includes chia seeds, flax seeds, pecans, and macadamia nuts. Perfect for those participating in Veganuary!
I recently dined at this restaurant located in the Hyatt hotel. The menu offers a variety of plant-based dishes. The service was outstanding! My husband ordered the tofu fried rice and I opted for the veggie panini sans cheese. I was impressed with my sandwich, which was served with marinated vegetables and chickpeas. Overall, a great dining experience.
