Starbuck's - Guelph

I just went there today. It was a nice sunny day but the staff, (2 girl ) was so said, so unfriendly! Just watching their face was so depressing! The guy who made my hot drink, he was nice but this young girls just wanted to be somewhere else but not there. I know it's not easy to smiling all they but please just relax your face a little bit. I felt so uncomfortable. While I was drinking my coffee and eating my croissant I watched them several times. They were just said . :(

I had the vanilla bean Frappe it was very good. If you have kids I recommend a none caffeine drink. There is also a nice sitting area.

A nice, cute spot to grab a coffee/tea and chat with a friend/mate.Due to the nature of their drinks it does take longer to get your order vs your typical coffee shop. Staff is very friendly.They have alternatives to milk such a soy/coconut and I believe almond milk too.

They have a nice area inside the grocery store however, the staff are very new and the results are obvious. Far too many pumps of syrup - unsure about drinks, mix ups often happen. I am patient but I hope they become more efficient as time goes on. The male barista is good, he must have prior experience.

Location - Clair RoadI visit this location weekly. The other night I tried a new combo latte. The barista then asked if I liked it and I did. She then asked if I wanted to try something similar and she made me a little sample. It was great and next time I will order that for sure.She did no tot have to do that...but she took an extra minute and made an already happy customer happier. A little effort in customer service goes a long way.
