(Türkçe English)<br Actually we started our tasting tour in Eyüp with Ondo Kebap, not Beyzade Kunefe. However, because of one of our mottos, 'Life is too short eat dessert first ' we first shared our dessert experience. We ordered Mixed Grill (33TL) in the restaurant. Service was quick, roasted onions, onion with sumac and especially Ezme (tomato dip with pepper and onions) was very tasty. For me, Adana Kebab was the star of the dish. It was far superior than famous kebab restauramts. Lamb Shish was good but it was behind of Adana Kebab. Unfortunately, Chicken Shish was not fully cooked and served in pink. One of the main principles of gastronomy; do not cook red meat too much (Low-Medium), but cook chicken meat as well as possible due to bacterial effects (Medium-Good). If I only gave a score based on the “Price Performance” ratio, I would definitely give 5 points.<br .<br Eyüp lezzet turumuza aslında Beyzade Künefe değil, Ondo Kebap ile başlamıştık. Ancak mottolarımızdan birisi olan “Hayat, tatlıyı sona bırakamayacak kadar kısa” nedeniyle önce tatlı deneyimimizi paylaşmıştık. Mekanda Karışık Izgara (33TL) tercih ettik. Servis hızlı, ikram olarak gelen köz soğan, sumaklı soğan ve özellikle ezme çok lezzetliydi. Karışık Izgara tabağında Adana Kebap bana göre tabağın yıldızıydı. İddialı kebapçılara taş çıkartır. Kuzu Şiş iyiydi ancak Adana’nın gölgesinde kaldı. Maalesef Tavuk Şiş tam olarak pişmemiş ve pembe olarak servis edilmişti. Gastronominin ana prensiplerinden birisi; kırmızı eti çok pişirme (Az-Orta), bakteriyel etkilerden dolayı tavuk etini olabildiğince iyi pişir (Orta-İyi). Sadece “Fiyat Performans” oranına göre puan verseydim kesinlikle 5 puan verirdim.
As an appetizer, they served spicy ezme, sumac onions, and grilled onions. The spicy ezme definitely lives up to its name; it's quite spicy! Since I rarely get the chance to visit this place, I opted for the mixed kebab to try a variety of flavors. I ordered half portions of Adana kebab, şiş kebab, and chicken şiş. The Adana kebab was simply excellent—both its flavor and cooking level were spot on. The şiş kebab was above average, while the chicken şiş was slightly undercooked; it wasn't raw, but it could have been better with a bit more grilling. I was very pleased with the speed of service. If I find myself back here, I will definitely choose the Adana kebab again.
