While staying at Hotel des Alpes along the road, we came here for a couple of beers. Service was very friendly and it’s a lovely place to spend an hour or two watching nothing much happening in Guillaumes and I mean that as a compliment. The menu here is simple, but the food is good and very reasonably priced. Depending when you visit Guillaumes however, you might want to check on opening times for all four bars in town. Certainly in early September they were never all open at once, and on our last evening (a Wednesday), only Hotel des Alpes was open, and as they weren’t serving food in the evening there were a few hungry tourists about.

Very welcoming restaurant. A very hearty winter menu at 19€. A recently renovated place that can only be recommended.

Lunch on 3/10/2023 : new owner since June 2023. Warm welcome, interesting map. Choose Lazagnes (well garnished and delicious). Continue like that. To be recommended
