Kfc - Hackettstown

The taste of chicken was not KFC recipe, in my opinion. Mash potatoes with gravy had a water down taste. Biscuit was hard and no flavor. Pepsi was nasty. I don?t understand where is quality control at this KFC

I ordered a few chicken sandwiches, they were cold and the bun was hard and stale. I returned to the counter and the girl w the colored hair says nothing to me I explain the situation, she grabs the sandwich throws it in the garbage and hands me anothercold sandwich. Mind u they advertise this as a made to order. Horrible don?t go to this location. Customer service was nonexistent

I had some from this local store a few months ago, all was good. This time however, the coleslaw was great! The chicken, hmmm, not up to par, seemed like it had been reheated several times, not the usual. The famous biscuits, well usually they are veryfresh good, this time, if it were wintertime I'd throw them out on the hockey rink to knock around a few. Nuff said.

I always wanted to try KFC. Ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and a large fries The fries were pretty good except that some of them were as hard as a rock. The sandwich had adequate spice but was extremely dry and tough. $10 for inedible food is a poorstatement for kfc. Will never go there again.

I rather drive to the Ledgewood KFC which is so much better than ever come back to this KFC. The chicken always seem refried cause it?s so dry. The complimentary sides are never full. Soda is gross too. Needs new owner/management/workers.
