Marley’s Gotham Grill - Hackettstown

Big Dudes Big Foods had the pleasure of meeting Chef/Owner Bruno Pascale of Marley's Gotham Grill today, and he certainly did not disappoint. With 300 different wing flavors to choose from, it was a tough decision. Joe went with the classic garlic flavor and was not disappointed.

Can't beat their wings. Our waitress was the best we've had anywhere. So personable and truly took good care of us. Only thing about the atmosphere is the mixture of the take out customers so close to dine in. One stranger was leaning on our chairs at all times. They took up so much room. We couldn't really even have private conversations because, like I said, they were basically at our table with us. But it's all worth it for the food. Garlic parm wings are unreal. You get enough sauce for any of their flavors that you could dip each bite.

I was in the area and I couldn’t pass up a chance to grab some crazy flavors of wings. The wings were awesome as always. There is so many flavors to choose from but I always have to have atleast one order of the Mac Daddy sauce. Most other stuff on the menu is common bar fare , burgers are also pretty good but wings are a must try with over 300 flavors it’s hard to choose one or even a few.

After hearing so much about the wings I finally had the chance to try it with some friends and although there are over 300 flavors to choose from I was somewhat disappointed by the temperature of the wings. It seems that they are made in advance and kept warm perhaps under a heat lamp? Of the 8 flavors we tried the bang bang explosion, Jim Beam and maple bacon bourbon were the most flavorful that we had.

Awesome! Fabulous food. Fresh, great quality food, large generous portions, innovative drinks and menu. Offering over 300 varieties of wings. Clean restaurant, very friendly service, awesome upbeat atmosphere. Taco Tuesday are the best. $2 tacos $3 Coronas. Indoor outdoor seating. A really fun time great music.
