Quickchek - Hackettstown

I ordered a sandwich with oil and vinegar, but it arrived completely dry. To make matters worse, the roll was broken in several places, making it nearly impossible to pick up and eat my sandwich.

The sandwich was incredibly dry because there was no oil or vinegar on it. Additionally, the roll was broken in several spots, as if it had been pieced together like a Lego set. It was impossible to pick it up and eat. On the bright side, the meat in the sandwich was good, so I ended up using some ingredients I had at home to make it more enjoyable.

I had the chance to try Win Them Forge the other night and brought home some emperor rolls. Unfortunately, they were dry and undercooked from the Main Street location in Hackettstown, NJ. Hopefully, next year will be a better experience!

I've been coming here for years for my morning coffee and to grab things I need in a hurry. I’ve also enjoyed their deli for sandwiches and soups, and everything has always been excellent. The staff is friendly and efficient, and they do a great job every time I visit.

Every time I visit this place, the staff is incredibly rude. I don't come often, but when I do, their attitude is consistently unkind to everyone. They openly discuss customers inappropriately while working at the sandwich counter. On my recent visit, I witnessed two women making unpleasant comments about an older lady who was struggling to use the machine. Even as she moved to a different machine, they continued to talk about her in a disrespectful manner. It's clear that this place needs to provide their employees with training in customer service and basic human respect.
