A small gem in Haderslev stored behind the pedestrian street with personal operation and a completely lavish tapas. Never have we got something similar. The best recommendation from here.

Cafe M. A. D, says that they emphasize that, use seasonal ingredients, it was not our experience. Ordered today's catch and day pasta. As accessories for fish, which were also well prepared, there was asparagus as not in season. The pasta, which was tortellini, came from a bag, so not homemade, and the meat was tiger prawns, i.e. hot water prawns from Asia. The dishes tasted well, Cafe MAD could have used, local ingredients which were in season, it would be a better experience, and at the price I also expected homemade pasta. There was not over booked, but yet we got the impression of a very pressed kitchen team, unfortunately, from their open kitchen, where we could hear discussion and preparation of both servants and the other chef. It negatively affected the visit to the staff’s internal communication issues. Our servant was, a flink young man, which was very unsure of the Adjusters. When the menu card is ready to ask the waiter, the waiters must be safe in the menu. The food tasted well, but the total experience was, unfortunately nothing to shout hurra for.

Super delicious food and service.. Star shoots and Fish and Chips, we got a delicious dry Spanish white wine for excellent not last time we come here.
