Panera Bread - Hagerstown

Great customer service! I came in and the cashier let me try a sample of the soup because I wasn’t sure if I’d like it or not. Not only that, when I let them know I’m gluten sensitive they made my order away from everyone else so that there was no cross contamination. I didn’t really expect that to happen, usually in other fast food chains I will ask, I’ll be told no and I’ll have to find something else for lunch. The customer service here is really spot on! I will definitely be coming back! :

I am not going to lie...I am disappointed they discontinued my garden vegetable soup and black bean soup...but I had a great sandwich and the autumn squash soup is yummy! Love my Paneras!
