Hahndorf Fish and Chips

Enjoyed the fisherman’s basket tonight. A huge meal that was great value and we struggled to finish! Fish, prawns and calamari cooked beautifully with crisp batter and great chips. Definitely recommend.

I took my mum to Hahndorf today and we had lunch in this Fish n Chip shop. It was the best. Price is reasonable and the battered fish( hake and chips were so good. The service was good. Highly recommend

Fresh fish, prawns and calamari. Thin, crispy batter, huge serves, and great quality. Unlike generic takeaway shops that fill their fryers with everything from dim sims to schnitzels, they only fry fish and chips, which makes a huge difference. Highly recommended.

The prices are way too high genuinely though they had made a mistake and only gave us half the chips we ordered when I rang to query he dismissed my concerns and hung up…was hoping they would be the best chips I had ever eaten for the price they weren’t save your money

Good size portion of fish in great batter, and nice crispy chips. Not the cheapest but quality of food worth the money, and very quick to be served.
