This is where I want to go when I die, and thankfully I can go there when I am alive also. Harris's Smoked Salmon, it melts in your mouth like Salmon
Is there anything better that a nice piece of Salmon, seared skin side down so that it is nice and crispy, and served with a simple garlic butter and dill
Browsed in the Smokehouse and bought a (500g) bulk pack of smoked salmon for lots of yummy eating. Keeps for around three weeks refrigerated
Virtually next door to the Hahndorf Inn with a broad selection of smoked fish etc available, can have seasonal variations to keep you coming back. Try the fish pate!
