We were told that Waialua Bakery has great sandwiches (all fresh ingredients) and is owned by a local family. The menu offered us a wealth of choices for sandwiches, but the Açaí bowl caught our attention. We also ordered the “Hunk” of bread. The Açaí bowl was delicious and included granola and fresh bananas. The breadhunk had two toppings cinnamon and honey (delicious) and extremely generous portions. The employee who helped us was very friendly and helpful to guide us with our options. I look forward to going back and trying other things.
This place is amazing! The sandwiches, smoothies and sandwiches are crazy! (In particular, a sandwich with wheat bread! the workers are the sweetest
Best lunch! Sandwiches are delicious with vegetables from their farm and freshly baked bread. The banana pudding may not look so much, but is AMAZING. Only cash
This place is the SPOT. Nothing better then a post surf teriyaki salad with a buttered hot hunk of bread. One of the few places on the North Shore that is absolutely alive with flavor. Ingredients matter here. Plus the crew running it is super gracious and crushes all the back of house work.
Normaly don't leave reviews but this is my favorite Cafe on the north shore (and probably on the island) 11/10. Fun atmosphere, very kind people, painting on everything! And their lemonade-iced tea is always my go-to. Oh and I ordered and got my drink within 20 seconds Wish they had more eco-friendly cups and straws. They're just plastic.
