This food truck was excellent! They have several tables set up outside in the parking lot. When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed. I ordered the fish taco plate, which comes with rice, beans, and Hibiscus tea. My husband opted for a chicken burrito and a bottle of Sprite. Our total was just over $40, which I think is a bit pricey for a food truck, so I had to take away one star. However, the taco plate was generous and the burrito was large! I didn't take any pictures, but if you're in the area, I highly recommend stopping by to try it out!

The food truck charges extra for utensils—what else can I say? The food is tasty, but there are no amenities at all.

Today, I finally realized what I should have ordered. I tried the ceviche mixto, accompanied by some French fries and an Inca Cola. The Inca Cola brought back wonderful memories from my childhood! As for the ceviche, it was absolutely delicious and incredibly fresh—something my fisherman friend Omar confirmed. You also have the choice of spice level for the ceviche. I prefer a little heat and let me tell you, I definitely got some heat! My companion ordered the Grilled Chicken taco plate and was very pleased with his choice. I can’t wait to go back and explore more items from their menu, which fortunately has a wide range of options. The service was excellent, and you can really taste the pride they put into their food. Just a heads up, it's a food truck, but there are some nice picnic tables available for dining.
