Starbucks - Half Moon Bay

I only drink black coffee. Employees are ready and willing to serve.

Dreadful. Zero organization since they updated the interior. The staff don't know whether they are coming or going!!! Drinks line up behind the plexiglass and no one behind the counter bats an eyelid to get the drinks handed out. The cashier is extremely oblivious to anything other than the 1 person at a time at the counter placing an order. Will not patronize again. Go to Peet's where it's very organized.

Took over 15 minutes to get drinks and when i asked i was given a basic idk they come out and when they did come out my name was never called drinks just sat there. Cashiers name was Ruby
