The restaurant looks fresh and relatively new. We had no expectations and certainly didn’t expect a world class experience. The food and wine was superb and really great value for money.
Sitting outside under the clear blue sky and soaking up the sun is on its own a bliss. But to add to it were the warm waitress, good prosecco wine with the Estonian summer seasonal heroine chanterelle pasta. My partner enjoyed seafood and a proper beer to go with it. A sure bet when visiting the beach at Võsu.
The food was delicious, especially the mocktails and smoothies. The terrace outside was very pleasant. The service was a bit slow when we visited, but overall it was a good experience. I would definitely return.
If you are hungry and have not visited any other place around, you would probably rate it higher. But if you spend your summer here and go everywhere, you realise it is really overpriced for the quality offered. Our shrimps were far too oily and risotto salty and minuscule. When we inquired about fish, we were told ‘it is quite fresh, not todays but should be ok’. However, the dill juice is a good invention and tasted delicious. However, in which universe should half a cup of it cost 6 eur?? The people working really tried and were very friendly though.
The food at this restaurant is not fresh, the service is awful, and there is a pervasive smell of old oil. It is best to avoid this place. I can't believe they managed to ruin something as simple as a hamburger. Avoid at all costs.
