Hardee’s - Hambley Blvd, Pikeville

Was the only person in line and they made us pull up to the white line to wait for our food. Had been waiting nearly 20 minutes from the time we ordered and still hadn't received our food. We just walked in and asked for a refund and left. The cashier was also extremely rude.

Didn't go inside to be honest with you I went to drivethru friendly young fella at the window and always is friendly and smiling when we go by there. Usually grab a sausage biscuit and on occasion it's so hard you cannot eat it however if I call the manager always makes it right and gets me a good soft biscuit so it all works out in the end!! It's much better than it used to be I will day that!!!

The staff were the friendliest I've ever had at a Hardee's. Food was great as well.

I would sell my left kidney for some Hardee’s. The food is always good there, the service is alright, most of the employees are super friendly except one. They’ve only ever forgotten something in my order once, a medium fry. Other than that everything is usually pretty great. Hardee’s in general is expensive for fast food but not too bad, it’s worth the money.

The food was hot and delicious. The reason that I only give the food three stars was because the biscuits were small and thin and the size of the country fried steak and the bacon, egg and cheese were a minimum of what could have been put on them.
