Mcdonald's - Hambley Blvd, Pikeville

I just came through with my friend and we ordered a caramel iced coffee and an ice water. her iced coffee barely tasted like anything and I couldn’t believe they were trying to charge me $1 for a cup of water. ridiculous

That poor girl that worked tonight needs a raise. I listened to a man scream at her through the speaker and she tried to explain there was only 4 people working there tonight he was downright hateful to her. I feel bad for fast food workers. You could hear the relief in her voice when I said take your time I’m in no rush. I know no one reads these but it’s worth a shot

Used the drive thru, and the wait was really long. Food was good.

Went through drive thru when I got home noticed that half of my order was not in the bag, when I called and told the manager what was left out and that my kids was coming to pick the rest of the order up was told that it would be ready and when they got back home still didn’t have the rest of my order. This McDonald’s always messes something up on night shift.

Caramel Frappe, No whip, add a shot of espresso is my favorite!
