Visits with my persian/Turkish related who live in hamburg. I was the only one who ordered a boneless chicken kebab. not only that the eating age needed to come, but when it did, it was disgusting, pink in and made me feel sick....if we complained waitress...was apologetic, but we were still told that we had to pay for it. they would have strangled the cost of my eating, because it was their fault that it was not cooked, but they refused. serving the uncooked chicken is very dangerous and can lead to salmonella poisoning in extreme cases. there are many other restaurants in hamburg that serve wonderful dining, so I suggest you avoid this poor and disgusting restaurant.
We were in the baccara yesterday, it was a recommendation of a Persian food business close. on the first look the plant looks rather sober on a german. but who knows the Persian culture something knows that the quality of the food plays the leading role, and not the institution. the service was very friendly and eating was simply great! we chose soltani and ghejme bademdjan. it was very delicious, I can only recommend! for my man is also persian, of course I could not take any recipes myself! for that I have a few more tips from the service for my next attempt. so also nix!
