I spent the last weekend with my friend in hamburg and one night we were eating in el toro. we had first the mixed tappas cellar, which was so plentiful that we decided to order only one more appetizer: the cevice and the slightly fried thunfisch. both very delicious and inexpensive with 13/15€ full order. the waiter was loose, nice and very attentive. the mood in the load good. a completely successful evening.
