1370 Hibachi Express - Hamden

I got a few things to try just to see how there food is. I got the chicken wing platter with 2 sides Mac and cheese and collard greens, pretty good only thing I'd recommend is bake the top of the Mac and cheese a bit more. Also got coconut shrimp I wouldn't recommend it. And the steamed dumplings man oh man were they the best ones I've had yet. Overall the food is surprisingly good and the food came at a good time. Even the delivery driver was exceptionally nice !

This is an awesome take out Resturant. Just FYI THEY ARE CLOSED ON MONDAYS. SO THE DAYS OPEN HERE ARE WRONG. ALL THE OTHER DAYS HOURS ARE CORRECT. Every dish has so much flavor. Was satisfied with every meal I ever had here. I would give this business 10 stars if they offered it. Everyone is so nice and efficient. You can tell they put Love in every dish. They also have Japanese Green Tea ice cream which is hard to find. And you will definitely come back for more. Give this business a try. The aroma of the food will get you at the door. Best of Luck to them. They got my business for sure. Update: They are closed right now but can't waite for them to open. Love their Chicken wings. Best in town.

Amazing! They were closed and still made food for my husband and called him when the food was ready. I was skeptical about Asian 'soul food ' but the greens were on point. I was ready to put tons of hot sauce but didn 't even need it! Better than a lot of would food places. Finally my hubby was short 50 cents and they were like that is fine :

I have never been disappointed by the food and I have tried so many things on the menu. This place is hands down the best Chinese around this area. I really miss them and hope they open soon :

A very interesting place. You go in thinking typical chinese food, you look at the menu and will find what seems to be soul food also on the menu. I have been here a handful of times and each time I was not disappointed. Will be back to try the mac and cheese. Nice service, nice food give em a try
