Contribuisci feedbackThe service at this restaurant was terrible! We placed an early order through Just Eat for delivery at 7:45pm. Despite Just Eat indicating that the restaurant was handling the updates, we did not receive our food until 8:40pm. When we contacted the restaurant at 8:10pm, they claimed it was Just Eat's responsibility to update us on the status of our order. This experience was marked by appalling service, blatant misinformation, and a complete lack of responsibility. We will not be ordering from this restaurant again.
They delivered the order completely wrong when given the opportunity to fix it they became abusive and mocking about money. The portions in the place are getting less the quality is going down hill and now they are just outright abusive on the phone. Marinis in the Burnbank corridor is a far superior chip shop not only in quality but quantity and price. Give Divitos a wide berth and bin the menu. One year later gave them another shot they have managed to get even worse. Asked for baked potato with tuna mayonnaise and lasagne with garlic bread when got it garlic bread was burned the spoonful of tuna had no mayonnaise there was no salad and there was no lasagne when I returned for a refund confrontational woman on counter barked I have ate some of this lol. I can assure you I did not. Will attach pic of what passed as a tuna baked potato with salad here. Bin this places menu.

I ordered the four cheese pizza, which was topped with actual slices of cheese. However, there was no brie as advertised. The fish was dry and overcooked, while the battered sausages were decent. I was unsure whether to dispose of the pizza in the trash or recycle the plastic packaging. Overall, I was disappointed with the food and service, and would not dine here again. It was clear that laziness was at play.
The lunchtime staff at this restaurant need to improve their manners and customer service skills. Every time I visit, their expressions are unfriendly and they don't even say please or thank you. If you work in a customer-facing role, it's important to know how to interact with people and serve with a smile. It's disappointing to see the same sour faces every day from staff who clearly don't want to be there. It would be better to give the job to someone more pleasant who will genuinely serve customers with joy and happiness.
