Papa John's - Hammersmith and Fulham

This pizza is the worst I've ever had! It was very dry with very few toppings. The vegan pepperoni was tasteless and disintegrated on the pizza. The cheese bread sticks were also incredibly dry. The quality is poor and not at all like any Papa John's I've had before. This place should be reported!

Ordered delivery at 7pm, at 8.30pm I spoke to them on the phone and they said it would be another 15 minutes. That was 1 hour ago. Terrible service. Avoid like the plague.

Disgusting service, useless rude staff, achingly slow delivery. Promised a call back on three occasions, been hung up on, waiting for over an hour and a half, for a quoted 30 minutes delivery and we still don’t have the **** pizza yet!!!! Absolute shower of sh!t

The customer service in this store is next to none. Seriously, don’t bother. The driver was rude and the manager couldn’t care less. Order from dominos.

I waited almost 2 hours for my pizzas, only to receive them dry and cold. The Margherita pizza had no cheese in the center, and the meat on the other pizza tasted like dog food. The "six cheese potato tots" side dish was dry with burnt cheese. Every time I called the restaurant, they just told me to wait an extra 10 minutes, which was unhelpful. The only good thing from my order was the 7-up. I recommend saving your money and not ordering from this place.
