Chipotle Mexican Grill - Hammond

My father paid for a meal for a homeless man, but an employee refused to let him eat because he wasn't dressed appropriately. I have to say that I will never return to Chipotle again.

The food here is delicious but they are always out of chicken at peak times. How can you not have a protein in the middle of dinner rush. Not to mention I have never seen a manager present. And why do you never have change? Are we in a cashless society?

The restaurant was quite empty, and the dining area was spotless. The hostess was very courteous. The food was served hot and was moist, unlike what I typically experience!

This restaurant is incredibly inconsistent. One day the food is fantastic, and the next week it’s disappointing. I usually place a mobile order, and I really enjoy the quesadilla. When ordering online, I get to choose three sides: fajita veggies, rice, and beans. However, sometimes the veggies end up in the quesadilla (which is perfect) and other times they come as a side. Occasionally, they include beans, but other times they just skip them entirely. I've tried leaving a comment requesting salsa on the side to avoid any confusion, but my requests are always ignored. I've never had my comments make a difference. For example, I prefer not to have salsa on my burrito bowl but would rather have it on the side so I can add as much as I want. They really don’t seem to care. I've experienced both hot and fresh deliveries as well as times when the food is so soggy that I have to use a fork and knife to eat my quesadilla.

The burritos here are just what you make them. That's right, you call all the shots. More cheese? Sure! More veggies? Sure!! Double wrap this huge burrito? Sure!!! Plus they're delicious.
