Dunkin' - Hammond

I swear on my life that this is the only Dunkin' Donuts where you can consistently get a good cup of coffee exactly how you want it. The person in charge of this location knows what they're doing. I work in Hammond but live in Crown Point, and I've had enough of going to other Dunkin' Donuts along the way and not getting what I ordered. I've been a loyal customer for years and will continue to be one here.

Service was terrible. Did not apply my points and still charged me extra would not fix the coffee after 10mins of going back and forth. Coffee was cold and a lot of coffee grinds in the coffee. No manager on duty to resolve the issue. Rushing the orderthrough drive through. Will not come back.

Excellent!!! The staff were very polite and had a smile throughout the entire meal.

Good customer service. The issue is the hours. The hours online, door, and signage says 24 hours open. It?s 8:20pm and they?re closed

I have never had a good experience at this restaurant. I ordered a cold brew with cold foam, but they gave me a latte instead. The employee insisted that they were the same thing, which was very frustrating. This has happened multiple times and I am very disappointed with their service.
