Kfc - Hammond

...What a joke! I've never been to a KFC that shortchanges you like this. I ordered 2 large sides of mashed potatoes, and it barely filled one individual container. I’m trying to feed 6 people, and I can't even rely on getting what I paid for. Even if I did receive what I was charged for, it would still be disappointing.

Save yourself the trip. This place is terrible. The staff won't talk to you if you try to dine in. The dining room is closed, but good luck figuring that out on your own since they won't communicate with you. I will never return here.

The parking lot at this restaurant is dirty, and the employees, who are American, can hardly speak English. The service is terrible and shows a complete lack of care, and this has been the case for over a decade. More than 10 years ago, this place was excellent. Yum! Brands needs to intervene and save this lone franchise in a prime location in Louisiana, especially since the nearest store is an hour's drive away. What's going on with Yum! Brands?

Sadly this isn?t the first. I want a chicken sandwich and this is what I get. Waited for 5 minutes for them to make more and when I just looked it is plain. I figured like the very first time I got one they put pickles on it and put in some mayopackets. But they just slapped it together with buns. And they did not put enough fries in my opinion should have some more. Andfor my drink which I wanted a Large was not filled up and had melted ice already. Drink is alright not cold, it?s more on thewarm side. I don?t know if it?s me but I?m done going to this location. The location is run down, cracked up parking lot. When Igo in the bathrooms they are filthy. They ran out of napkins and give a paper towel you will find from the bathroom. Last time Igot 4 piece and the chicken was the size of my pinky. Corporate needs take a visit and look for themselves. No reminders justrandom visit. I?m 100% sure the crew would get fired and replaced with new managers and workers. Just bad service. Not worth $9.Could get more for my money else where I wish I can get my money back so I can go pick up some Canes lol. There won?t be a nexttime because I no longer will go there.

Like the ad says, it's finger lickin' good. I just don't understand why there is 1 KFC in all of Tangipahoa Parish. I think KFC is fading out. Pretty soon you won't find 1 any where. With the meals they have, tasting so good, there should be a KFC in everytown.
