Bojangles - Hampton

I waited in the drive-thru line from 7:30 to 7:50 and eventually had to leave without placing my order, as I didn't want to make my roommate late for work. While leaving, I noticed that there was only one customer at the drive-thru window, and it seemed like they were taking their time with each order. This suggests they might only be able to serve one customer at a time. I understand that some locations might be short-staffed, but this was just unacceptable. It's frustrating to see how the orders are being handled so slowly. Suffice it to say, I won’t be returning to this place for breakfast, especially considering the numerous complaints I've heard from other customers about the staff.

The lady said it would take 3 minutes for the fries, but I got them in just one minute. Everyone seems to be rushing just for the sake of it. These people at Stennis are just being lazy, shaking my head.

NOT.. repeat.. Do not trust people in this place with your food. Especially if you complain about something. I had a sitting din in order and they tried to sell me a cookie that was missing over half the floor. I complained and they finally bought me one after they told Sarcastic YES SIR. There was also another employee who hid me because I was willing to eat the replacement together with other employees. God only knows what happened to the new sandwich before I got it. I got up and left. I was the only customer in the dining area. Standing down.

I drove eight hours and hadn't had this food in three years. It's my son's favorite! The dishes were fresh and served hot. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

I know that a lot of patience is required now what days when you go to establishments that are short-staffed. Patients was definitely needed when placing my order it took approximately 30 minutes to get my food they were short-staffed but staff was friendly but not too organized. I am being extremely generous with three stars
