Contribuisci feedbackThis place served only online orders, although their business seemed fully functional. the kerl behind the theke said it was because of the low personal work and they were told to do this through management. completely defeats the purpose of coming to chipotle to build a burrito.
They are so unprofessional here. they moved without urgency to get my order out. it wasn't busy because the card reader was down. but they did not jump to help with mobile applications. the worst part is when the mobile order was ready that they did not call my name until several orders were looted around him. I have commanded another man who was before me. another young lady danced behind the counter and shouted happy that “we are only cash”. I understand they have a simple day, but they still have to work and be professional. Finally, there was no manager there. No one who organized or directs the charge, when mobile orders began to come with the boots load.
I would like to share this review by chipotle on hampton road. someone can tell me if they would pay almost $10 for this barbacoa burrito with extra rice, drilling, extra sour cream and extra cheese. first, the burrito had nothing extra, but it lacked the meat, I took the photo in the middle of the burrito and the meat never appeared and the additional ingredients I asked. I hope they improve when it comes to serving the portions, because I don't think it's fair to pay almost $10 for a meal that doesn't meet the standards.
I gave this place 2 chances and both of them I was disappointed. this place is dirty, and on my last visit, the staff had a whole conversation behind the counter while I tried to pay for my eating. I thought I was interrupting instead of an estimated customer and why is the müll always flowing? Maybe someone could, instead of talking behind the counter, take the müll out for a moment.
I am very disappointed with my order that I place today and I will never order from you again, see attached pics of how my food arrived today…nothing but chicken!! Really this is not a Bowl with Chicken…this is not on DoorDash this is on you!! I feel like I got ripped off and someone should be accountable for this…I will be contacting your corporate office!!
