Red Crab Juicy Seafood - Hampton

The is the first restaurant in which I ate that the server was wearing a firearm. The food was ok. I had a hard time finding something that was not fried and eventually settled for the Shrimp Fried Rice. My rice was salty. There were some sketchy people outside the restaurant. I would not suggest going there alone.

We ordered door dash and thought our order was wrong. It wasn’t but the girl on the phone was so rude about it and just had a nasty attitude. She hung up on me twice. When I called back the third time the manager answered. He didn’t even seem to care, he also had the nerve to correct me when I called the girl a hostess. I ordered with door dash I have absolutely no idea what your establishment is like. If you have a hostess, cashier or whatever. When we finally sat down to eat, they didn’t even put salad dressing with my salad. The food was ok, but I definitely will never order from them or even go there.

Everything came steamed in a clear bag which I 've never seen before. The lobster tail was good, but the corn was way over cooked and mushy. 2 small potatoes included and you can 't even have sour cream or anything else to go w it. My waiter was great tho! Everyone writes their names on the wall coming in and the booth wall. Guess it 's a thing .

This place is amazing!!! I hope you try all the sauce blend in one. All the food was fresh service was top tier! The best in the city ?Parking: There is always parking available with no pot holes or road blocks.Dietary restrictions: Serving all appetizers including broccoli, corn, potatoes, and rice!

This rating is based on this isolated experience.I order food here often. Today I was given the incorrect order. I was told that nothing could be done for this inconvenience. Eventually, I was told that I could receive a 20% discount which ultimately means I’d have to spend more money. But to me that is unsatisfactory especially after being a customer who frequents the establishment. This is the only time this has ever happened. I understand that the customer should check the bag however the responsibility for the correct order lies on the restaurant. A one time courtesy could’ve definitely been given. But enough complaining. I will no longer be a patron which is unfortunate. But what is one of many to them.Aside from that, the hosts were sweet and pleasant and I appreciate that.
