However this time I was waited on by a young man who wasn’t very outgoing, seemingly in a terrible mood put out for customers. I saw him looking at the clock and said, shift almost over thinking I may be his last customer and he quipped back in an ugly tone not even close. Left feeling sorry for the rest of customers that would encounter that enthusiasm being served. In today’s economy businesses should have great customer service because it’s awful competitive out there.
They tried to serve me burnt meatballs I ask them to get me some new ones they said it will take 30 minutes I said I’ll wait well it took them 15 to find the meatballs and they put them in the microwave so nobody watch them and I ask the lady if they were done she said they needed to be stirred and not one time did anybody ask me or was concerned about my order at all I was a plague to them you think somebody would own up to the time they wasted of mine so I left
Regular Subway. Staff got snippy when I asked them to change gloves. I am vegan and he just finished making an animal flesh sandwich with extra flesh. I had to explain this to him after I asked twice. Not cool.
Unprofessionally said my order was done had to wait 20 extra minutes unacceptable for a sandwich and a bag of chips someone needs to tell the employees if you want to talk on your phone or text you need to do it on your lunch break you do not get paid to play
I love their sub and regular sandwiches including salads and drinks.
