Zaxby's - Hampton

This is a good place with good service. The place itself is ALWAYS immaculate. I wish every fast food place had service like this place. The prices are a bit high, but I would rather wait the extra-dollar HERE then in the drive thru on the Taco Bell on the road.

Mike at Zaxby on Tara blvd. is great. He really understands the customer service that becomes a lost art. He understands the management of people, communicates with his team respectfully and takes ownership of situations that are less than perfect. He should be promoted and got an increase. Very professional, which becomes less rare in the food industry.

I went through the passage, although the dining area was also open. I used the mobile app to order my food, but when I came into the window, it wasn't ready, I had to take up and wait or park and come in. I buy a salad and they have the best salads on earth.

This is the second time someone in our household has gotten food poisoning from this location.
