Matsulin - Hampton Bays

Matsulin is a fantastic Asian-fusion restaurant that serves exceptional sushi alongside delicious Chinese and Thai dishes. Many Pan-Asian restaurants often excel in one area while lagging in another, but Matsulin stands out by offering authentic flavors across the board. Every dish is more delicious than the last, featuring fresh sushi, amazing noodle options, and they are considerate of gluten allergies as well! The owners and staff are incredibly friendly too. I highly recommend this place!

I found a hair in my food, and my coworker, who is allergic to nuts, informed the staff about her allergy. Unfortunately, they still brought her food containing nuts twice. We waited an hour for our orders, but at least the wine was good.

The owner is very welcoming and attentive. The food is consistently excellent, with a diverse menu featuring a variety of dishes from across Asia. My personal favorites are the pad Thai and the Japanese steak with pepper sauce. The sushi is also incredibly fresh and delicious.
