Big Muddy Bbq - Hannibal

I love the food here! I'm quite particular about BBQ, so I have to admit I wasn't initially excited when I saw the meat served without sauce. However, once I tried just the meat, I realized I didn't even need the sauce—it was incredibly tender and delicious. The prices were very reasonable as well. The owner was super friendly and down-to-earth, and the waitress was also very pleasant. We'll definitely be coming back!

During our visit to Hannibal, we decided to stop by this restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious; we sampled a variety of dishes, and everything was fantastic! The yams were particularly amazing! We also had the opportunity to meet Todd, the owner, who shared his inspiring vision for the future of Hannibal and his dedication to the city's best interests. It seems like Hannibal has truly hit the jackpot with him!

If you want fantastic authentic BBQ, then give this place a try. Pulled pork was juicy, tender and had great smoke taste. Fast service!

Todd welcomed us with a warm welcome and the food was amazing! We had a party of 4 and each of us ordered the snack pack...definitely recommend!!! All 4 meats were great and the sides are all homemade. No french fries=NO friers. Definite plus!!! We thought this was great! We will make this a stop each time we come through town.

Have eaten here a few times, service was top notched. As for as the BBQ just look how deep the smoke is in the meat, it’s awesome tasting. Owner is a great guy, very friendly.
