Kfc - Hannibal

The staff was almost rude when we arrived. The interior was nice, but unfortunately, it wasn't clean. The bathrooms were also quite unpleasant. On the bright side, the sandwich was really good!

I didn't receive any butter for my biscuits, and there was no honey either. They didn't even ask if I wanted any. I had to go to the counter four or five times to sort it out.

I decided to leave right after placing my order because I was uncomfortable with what might happen to my food. This KFC location is very unprofessional, particularly the employees at the drive-thru. I will not be returning.

The food was good once you got it, but service was on the struggle bus. The music was so loud you could not hear them yell out orders.

Worst experience I have had. I live 10 miles away. Got home and there was no gravy. Biscuits were so hard . Like hockey pucks. And got original and it was burnt wherr you couldn't even chew it. Called them about the gravy and there excuse was they had newkid on the line. Do they even have a manager. I mentioned I lives 10 miles away and they said they could write my name down andgive me a free gravy next time. Will be the last time I eat there. They definitely don't stand behind there name anymore. 26dollars out the window. Wonder how they would like throwing 26 bucks away. ????
