Beautiful large rooms stairs are not old friendly. very clean

Stay in this inn for two nights, and have absolutely no regret. without asking, we would stay again. the price is extremely reasonable. room was well maintained and very clean, with contemporary decor. communication with hospitality was easy. we received access codes for the entrance to the building and the room. that is an inn, not a hotel. it is not for a check-in or for housekeeping service. there is only one ice cup in the room, but no ice machine. water is left in the refrigerator for everyone. we assume that they can get ice from the restaurant when they are open.

This place should have closed down their carry-out/Door dash service today. They were understaffed in the kitchen from what I'm told. Neither cook was there. I placed an order online at 12:35 and was given a 1:00 to 1:05 pick-up time. I arrived at 1:05 and was told it would be another 20 minutes. I walked up the street and returned 20 minutes later. Still not ready. At 1:45 I was brought my food and went back to my office to eat. No BACON was on my BLT sandwich and my broccol

Usually great, but they were out of Onion Rings and Prime Rib, on a Friday night!

7/23/21 My sister I chose Riverside to have lunch together. Clean relaxing atmosphere, excellent service. Both our meals were delicious priced right for the large portions. Each of us having July birthdays, we enjoyed a luscious surprise birthday dessert. Thank you Riverside employees for making our birthday luncheon a pleasant experience!
