Papa Johns Pizza - Hannibal

I use the app a little over a month ago and there was a 30 to 45 minute wait that’s fine and they are using an outside delivery service that is fine too! Then the time frame came up I got a message stating that it was going to be a little bit longer and after another 45 minutes still food, I called they apologized said it was going to be refunded. It never got refunded! I tried to call several times to check on my refund and that never happened. I got tired of messing with it to be honest! I ordered for a pick up that is fine! But then today! I try to do another delivery service 30 to 45 minutes no big deal, I did not get my pizza until almost 2 1/2 hours later again outside delivery service not a biggie and that driver try their best to keep your pizza as warm as possible but it’s just not like it used to be! you can’t get through on the phone to somebody. I have called several times they put you directly on hold music and nobody ever gets on the phone or you get disconnected like four times! Like wtf!

I will start off saying this location has gotten worse since before covid. Papa Johns pizza is still amazing pizza; I know you can get better pizza at other sit-down/carryout places but I like their options most days. All their side options are good as well. I wish they would keep some of their promotional pizzas though. Sometimes delivery can take awhile but its understandable if there are 3 or 4 deliveries at once. I have been to a lot of PJ locations and this one is in the top 5 for me.

If you are vegan or plant based they made me the most awesome pizza with fresh spinach and double mushroom with extra sauce and no cheese! It was covered with toppings.

I arrived, placed my order and was told that it would be around 10 minutes. After waiting 20 minutes, I believe that the manager showed up, and she ended up being the person to make my pizza. During my patience to wait for my order, other customers would come in to the store to pay and pick up their orders. The woman, (manager), would great the customers, handle their bills and change, give them their food and continue to pull pizza doe with bare hands, without even the thought of washing her hands before touching food products!!!! I should have told her to refund my money and keep your...I believe that I'll contact the Hannibal Health Department and inform them on this business practice!Never buy their food!!!
