Casa De Montecristo Whippany - Hanover

Been going there for 25 years, made a reservation for the usual high-windowed dining room and they told us (party of 3) to sit in a far away no window dining area, so the main dining area wouldn't be too crowded, and a waitress could serve the far away dining room insuring her share of tips. The manager was terse and not friendly and doesn't know how to manage staffing. We wound up moving to the bar which was fine. Our pizza came cold... service was poor...they made a good drinks. Service has really deteriorated under this newest manager.

Never disappoints, good value and very attentive service.

Upon arrival, we were treated very nicely we were seated attended, and the waitress was great. I definitely will come back is a nice environment very cozy. We were all satisfied with the service.

The only reason to go here is for the cigars. very short staff that makes the service bad and eating terrible. I felt bad because they tried their best, but need more people to work
