I would like to commend Emily today for her exceptional customer service. She has great energy and did an outstanding job! She welcomed me as soon as I walked in and was just fantastic!

The service was quick, and the staff were very friendly. The ice cream was absolutely delicious!

Delicious, genuine ice cream! As a parent, I often find myself at frozen yogurt shops, but every once in a while, it's nice to indulge in some authentic ice cream. I visited today and noticed that the staff member was on her own, and it was clear she was having a tough time managing both the register and making ice cream. I believe management should reconsider their staffing because I don’t think it’s ideal for an employee to work alone. That said, the ice cream itself was great, although it was on the pricier side.
