Dairy Queen (treat) - Hanover

There card reader is ALWAYS down!!! They do not make change and the counter people are ALWAYS hiding in the back. Why are they here in the mall. If they are not going to give service to customers???????

My family and I drove out to the Arundel Mills mall Dairy Queen location from Crownsville for ice cream since the Odenton location was closed and upon arrival the staff were already breaking down the ice cream machine early prior to closing... it was 6pm and there's still an hour until closing at this location (7pm). This is highly unprofessional as there was nothing wrong with the machine, they were just closing up early and telling customers to get a smoothies instead... totally unacceptable, especially on Father's day!!!

Told me they didn’t have cherry dipped cones.Service is horrendously slow….

I went to get a buy one get one for 80 blizzard and the girl told me that they didn’t do promos there. i’ve gone time times before and never had a problem with promos. apart from that, my blizzard wasn’t served upside down like how they’re supposed to be. the other girl gave me the excuse that “the cup underneath was broken.” so where’s my free blizzard?
