Jersey Mike's Subs - Hanover

Don't overlook Jersey Mike's! I ordered a massive Big Kahuna on rosemary Parmesan bread, along with chips and a drink for $20. It’s a bit pricey, but this is likely a 14-inch sub. The meat-to-bread ratio is excellent, although I wish the bread had a bit more toasting. I also appreciated the customer service; the staff was friendly and engaged.

Came on a weekday at 12:15 and it was the lunch. Sandwich was good. One side looked like it only made phones before orders or something. The stop is that they freshly cut the meat and cheese as you order. A person who has your order and work slicer, one that your sandwich with your toppings preps, I had the Mike's way with everything and one that you up and then there were 4 or more people there also, but some on the other side and maybe one that was training. Sandwich was good, maybe just call ahead to order online when you hurry in a lunch. Oh, and they have a watermelon ice tea and it was okay.

Thesub was great. Service was less than stellar. I ordered on the line. Half an hour later I arrived to pick up my order. It wasn't ready and I had to wait. Someone came at the same time as I, ordered at the switch and got his order in front of me. During the waiting, the women who worked on my sub went to the back of the shop, put on their coat and left without telling me or other employees. While waiting for my order, I observed a lack of communication between the employees. Apparently, the management lacks supervision. I saw another client out of the door. It's a shame. The food is good, but the store loses customers/business.

Nice staff. You need to stop putting the bread on the counter while you are your sub. You have to place it on sandwich paper as they do at Subway.

The chicken bacon ranch sub is absolutely amazing! The roast beef prepared Mike's Way, with just a little lettuce and mayo, is fantastic. And we can't forget about Number 13…
