Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Hanover

The place was clean and the employees were fast with the food and even came around to ask how our food was and took our trays for us!

I opened my mashed potatoes and they look like they were half eaten prior to me receiving them. I guess an employee said I don 't want the rest of these mashed potatoes and proceeded to put them in my bag. I also didn 't get a biscuit with my combo meal here, as other reviewers have expressed as well. At any other location the meal comes with it. The drive through employee also disregarded my thanks as he handed me my food. I don 't think service can get any worse than this. Congratulations to Popeyes in Hanover, MD for being the one to set a new standard in mediocracy. Oh well, at least any other place on earth will feel like a 5 star restaurant now.

Purchased a combo meal and didn’t receive a biscuit even though the menu says it comes with one. After I pointed that out to them, they still argued that it didn’t come with it.

Food not cooked until well done and tasted old. Food should be fresh and thoroughly cooked. I won’t return.

My husband loves the classic breast sandwich while the rest of us love the chicken. Not really my first choice for eating out.
