Contribuisci feedbackThe mobile ordering system was not functioning at this restaurant, but when we arrived on a Friday morning in June, it appeared that they were understaffed. Perhaps they were only accepting walk-up orders to manage the influx of customers. We didn't have to wait long to receive our usual orders of drip coffee and iced lattes. The quality of the drinks was consistent, and we enjoyed them outside at one of the available tables.
I was satisfied with the explanation given by the staff and left without a receipt. When I checked later, I found out that I was overcharged. It would have been nice if the staff had informed me of this price difference. I am disappointed with this experience. I usually prefer the Safeway location because of the excellent customer service provided by one specific employee and the consistency of my drink there.
There is always a long line at this restaurant. Despite the wait, I ordered a large matcha Frappuccino with caramel, and the line moved quickly. The baristas were understanding when I couldn't remember the exact name of the drink my daughter wanted. If they could improve their drive-thru wait times and offer military discounts, I would consider giving them an extra star.
Came here today. Ordered a dark roast coffee with cream and an everything bagel with plain cream cheese. Got a plain bagel and just a suggestion of cream. To be fair both situations were quickly fixed for me. Cashier did not offer me a receipt which if I had seen it would have saved them a redo. Seemed very disorganized compared to others I've been to.
Worst experience ever at a Starbucks. The employees should learn the menu before telling the customers who comes everyday and that the item isn’t on the menu. Also, after I paid for my order they let me know they didn’t have the sandwich but I could switch it out. No thank you
