Lou is a true gem of hannover. this cozy little diner offers a wide variety of pastries and a long lasting breakfast menu. their selection of baked goods is amazing, and although they offer only three vegan options, all three are absolutely delicious. this would be the vegan Nirvana cookie - a soft pumpkin spice cookie with nuts, chocolate and a series of other tasty ones that let it live to its name; the vegan breakfast cookie- a soft GF cookie with oats, bananas and cocosnuss that is not too sweet and therefore perfect for the breakfast; and erde muffins- the most amazing muffins they will ever try. they are a kind of glorified carrot muffin with a series of other tasty ingredients such as nuts, poppy, oats, klee, etc. although vegan, they are not characterized as such from any reason. my favorite Lunous bakery. Apart from bakery, lous ' has a very much menu with many breakfast and lunch options. in the lou’s breakfast is served all day, so this is the perfect place for lovers of breakfast. as far as vegan options are going, the menu offers fresh fruit, pastel flakes, lou's own recipe of a hearty breakfast braz, a sweetburger and a falafel sandwich. many options on the menu are characterized as veggie, which I think means that they can be adapted for vegans. overall, this place is amazing and a certain must if it 're in the opposite.
There is a pesto vegan scramble available. the tofu is cubed, not really cunning. selection of black bores or hatch brown. muffin (vegan erdmuffin available) or toast. do not ask them to serve the butter with the muffin/toast. acceptable breakfast option in “Downtown” hannover.
