Cali’s Kitchen - Hapeville

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this fantastic restaurant that our friends recommended to us. Our experience was delightful, featuring excellent food, a skilled team, and talented chefs. We've added this venue to our list on our phones, and we will definitely be returning soon. We highly recommend it!

The very next day, I was hungry and eager to try their food. Since I was running late for an appointment, I figured I would locate the restaurant again, especially since my appointment was pushed back to 2 PM. I entered the address into my GPS once more, and it led me to a medical office that didn’t look anything like a restaurant. I noticed cars parked around, but there didn’t seem to be anyone there for food, so I stopped, parked, and walked to the front entrance of 529. A woman came out from the back and told me that the restaurant was at the rear of the building. I then made my way to the back and knocked on a door that read "Haute Cookies." It just didn't feel right, so sadly, I left without sampling the food. I was really looking forward to trying dishes from a fellow California owner, but it seems this may be a pop-up situation. For now, I’ll wait to gather more information about this place. I’m giving up on finding it for the moment until it gets a bit more established. (Sad face)
