On this occasion I went for the scrambled eggs on sourdough with extra bacon. the eggs are always very fluffy, a very delicious brunch. Well worth a visit.
Fancied a coffee and scone and went to Aldwinckles. It's located up an alley in Church Street. Tables outside the cafe but under cover. We had an amazing chocolate drink and americano coffee. Delicious! Staff very friendly and courteous!
Staff seemed uninterested in customers. Strawberry milkshake poor. Tasteless , could scarcely taste strawberry. Cheese and ham croissant no more than ok. Toilets up steep stairs. Inaccessible.
Lovely coffee and delicious food on offer at this hidden gem in Church St. Well worth a look if you're in Market Harborough.
Really nice atmosphere, contributed to by happy and friendly staff. It's especially lovely to sit in the little covered courtyard. There are some really nice sandwich fillings available (we had goats cheese with red onion, and sausages with chutney delicious). Not cheap (but you get what you pay for). A nice place for nice people!
