This kfc needs better management. that's never fresh. Today I asked three times to give me fresh chicken. I was told that the fresh chicken was on the back of chefs and I saw girls go to get it. when that was fresh, how bad must the rest be. it was nowhere near fresh. the chicken was super fat and gumy. the cookies were as usual hard. I think they do not give them any acknowledgement, so they do not have any information to ask and complain. I waited for two months, since last visit hoped that the dinge would improve, but they did not. not sure whether any regional manager even see these reviews. Why can't they cook all small batches of fresh chicken, so is it fresh? I'd wait to go home instead of driving all the way, just to go back and return the old huh. I have included picture, but they can not taste or feel the hard cookies and old bucks from pick. I will not come back here.
