Contribuisci feedbackIn my opinion, IHOP restaurants consistently have comfortable seating, excellent service, and reliably delicious food. I especially enjoy their crepes, as they are hard to find at other restaurants. My wife and I visit IHOP five or six times a year, and we are never disappointed. This particular location lived up to our expectations and we would definitely recommend it. Overall, a solid thumbs up.
We had a disappointing experience at IHOP. It took a long time to get our drinks and our food arrived cold because our waitress went outside to smoke. Despite mentioning that it was my youngest son's birthday, the staff did not even wish him a happy birthday. We drove all the way to Raymondville for his birthday breakfast at IHOP, but left feeling disappointed. The cold pancakes and eggs were not worth the lack of birthday wishes for a 7-year-old. Very disappointed in IHOP.
Our waitress Nora was extremely professional and very sweet. We really enjoyed waiting for us. The food was delicious and they did nothing to prevent some supplements and subtractions from my mission to absorb my diabetes. I'd come back here.
It was cold outside, colder in the restaurant and our food was cold before we could eat it. The waitress was very nice and excused that she was so cold there. There was nothing she could do to fix it. Food: 3/5
Asked waiter if we could sit in the left side of the restaurant he said that side was closed . So went on to sit on the other side of the restaurant. Decided to pay for my food to dine in ahead of time. He took over almost 20 minutes to bring back my change. And after those 20 minutes he brought my water. I asked him for my change he said he would get it. I asked him for my change a second time he said just a second. Took unnecessary long to give me back the change. And took forever to bring water to the table . And when finally my food came I told him that I had asked to hold on the pancakes. He didn't say he would hold the pancakes on the warmer. He just ignored me. So much for customer service. I had to tell them if he could remove them. He only removed one order of pancakes when I told him the other order as too. I just was plain rude and said he didn't know and ignored the fact I wanted to hold on the pancakes. When another customer went he charged them like in 5 minutes. When I got there before other customers they got their drinks before me . And he was attentive. .He was very attentive, did not provide silverware to be ready when my food arrived. He was brown in complexion , 5'6 black hair like with gel brushed back. Based on the receipt his name is Pedro. I hop, on Lincoln st, Harlingen texas.
