Wing Barn Ed Carey - Harlingen

First time in the area, so I wanted to give this local spot a try. The environment is friendly, and they have plenty of available seating. With regards to the meal, it was overall pretty tasty, although the wings could have used a bit more seasoning. It's worth a go if in the area and in the mood for some chicken wings

Place an order over the phone .My husband got there to pick up the order. The young lady was very rude. I believe her name is Kimberly or rhymes with that name or Alma. So I called to check on the order while my husband waited in the car. Kimberly answered the phone and was going to go check on the order for me. She never returned back and then Alma got on the phone and I told her that I was waiting for Kimberly check on my order. Not sure which girl came back on the phone but she said that our order hadn't been dropped yet. I told her why when we were told about this or at least called she replied I just got here. .So I said I needed to speak to a manager. She said he's not here. He only works in the morning. I said OK then I need to speak to who's in charge, She said to hold on and put me on hold for more than 20 minutes. My husband went back inside. He said the restaurant was empty and no one came to help him in the front register. He was wanting to cancel our order so we can go somewhere else. We are regular customers there ..., very unhappy. I can't believe restaurants are being run like this . No courtesy no respect how sad

Ordered 10 wings on Thursday which means you get an additional 10 wings for free. As soon as I checked my order while still in the restaurant I noticed I was short on the quantity of food I was given. I brought it up to the attention of the worker and he said he could do nothing about it. How difficult is it to count the correct amount of wings as dictated on the receipt? Workers are incompetent at doing a simple task such as counting ten wings and don’t care to make things right with the customer which keeps their business going financially, horrible service.

I love the food!But man they are serving less and things are getting smaller for the same price.A basket of fries is now less than half the size it used to be. Price? Same I think .

Went today with my family. They had great customer service. Stephane, Ruby, Eliza, and Monica were very nice and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was utterly delicious.
