Disappointed in staff. Service was fine, food was good as expected. What is disappointing is staff standing by pick up area talking about customers. Statement was made from a young lady to other staff that they need to use online or door dash or something and if they can't figure out how to use a phone they don't even need to drive. Well that just shows the ignorance of the younger generation. Some older folks don't understand technology and should not be forced into certain situations. Also, there are folks that choose to pay for housing and medications over a smart phone same as folks I know that are taking care of a disabled child or adult. They choose to pay for care and medications vs technology. Was very disappointing that this young lady was bad mouthing customers or potential customers in ear shot of customers.
Maybe you guys should be more worried about filling your fry containers than the color of a young black woman’s hair. I hope she sues you for discrimination based on The Crown Act and you pay her generously. Make better choices and educate your management team.
Single lane, still a fast drive-thru. As always, nice staff. Great food.I wish you guys cooked your French fries ? just a little longer for more crunch. If I decide to order fries, I turn the oven on to 375° so when I get back home, the fries go in the oven.
Just saw the new here in Philly and I must say there’s no “misunderstanding” when it comes to blatant discrimination. Blond hair isn’t exclusive to white people. Corporate needs to beef up on their sensitivity training.
